The service and AI friends

SuperSpeak provides voice conversations with AI friends and language practice through explanations and review. Friends' appearances and daily lives are fictional content, not real people or events. AI captions, explanations, and corrections may contain errors.

Eligibility and consent

SuperSpeak is intended for people aged 14 and older and does not support registration by children under 14. Minors should obtain permission from a legal guardian before buying a subscription. AI features require consent to send information to OpenAI. Withdrawing consent in Settings stops new AI processing; saved learning records remain accessible.

Starting the app and access information

The iPhone app starts without separate registration. App Store-verified download information links each user's subscription and usage. Reinstalling the app or deleting information does not reset a free trial or time already used. Conversations and words are stored on the device and can be transferred using a backup.

Monthly subscriptions

Choose 100, 300, or 1,200 monthly conversation minutes in the subscription screen. Local prices and renewal terms appear in the App Store before purchase; Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. Plans include conversations and related explanations and review. The 100-minute plan includes Mina and Jun. Creating custom friends requires a plan of 300 minutes or more. Downgrading preserves existing custom friends and conversations; access to custom friends resumes with an eligible plan.

After 30 days without an app visit, friends become dormant and new story and image preparation stops. Tap Reconnect to continue from the current date. Dormancy does not cancel a subscription or stop payment.

Minutes apply to each subscription billing period and do not roll over. Connected call time includes your friend's replies and pauses during the conversation. Once minutes are used, additional charges are not made automatically; continue after renewal or a subscription change.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal may be charged within the final 24 hours of that period. Check Apple's subscription management screen for prices and payment dates. After cancellation, remaining paid access continues until the period expires.

New accounts receive a total of 10 trial minutes. The free trial for friend appearance and daily-life generation lasts 24 hours from the first AI data-sharing consent. Daily new appearances and stories thereafter require a valid subscription. Friend storage and creation limits are shown in friend settings.

Restoring, changing, and refunding purchases

Use Restore purchases with the same Apple Account and SuperSpeak account. Upgrade and downgrade timing and charges follow Apple's subscription processing. Cancel through the app's subscription management or Apple subscription management. Request refunds through Apple Report a Problem.

Materials you provide

Upload only PDFs and materials you have permission to use. Do not include other people's personal information, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in conversations or documents. Disrupting the service or accessing another person's account is not allowed.

Records and accounts

Device learning records may be lost when device data or the app is removed. Save backups in Settings. Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Delete my information in Settings to remove friends and learning materials. Subscription and usage verification information remains; contact the operator to request deletion of all linkage information. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately.

Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
